100 % Tempranillo
Wine made with selected Tempranillo grapes, picked at optimal maturity stage, obtaining a harvest fully concentrated colour and showing noble and mature tannins.
Winemaking process:
Fermentation of grapes in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 29º C during a maceration period of 12 days.
After the malolactic fermentation, the wine rests 6 months in the bottle before it is commercialized.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
COLOUR: Purple with Mauve hints, very attractive to the eye.
BOUQUET: Very intense, powerful with plenty of ripe red fruit.
IN MOUTH: Silky feel in the mouth, noble tannin, full body and pleasant aftertaste.
